- Build accurate, automated financial and partner reporting that improves partner performance, grows revenue, accelerates onboarding, and enables better decision-making across the company.
- Manage revenue recognition, float, and disbursement operations across payment processors and banking partners to ensure reliability, liquidity, and customer trust.
- Translate financial data into strategic insight by identifying risks, opportunities, and cost efficiencies, and clearly communicating implications to leadership, the board, and the broader team.
- Design and continuously improve financial systems and workflows by leveraging automation, lightweight tooling, and "vibe coding" to scale processes as the business grows.

Must-Haves
- Exceptional ability to move between detail and strategy
- Fast, intuitive command of numbers (mental math included)

Experience & Background
